Summer time

I'm waiting the last day of third term, so after this I'll go right to the beach and take a relaxing sleep and later a cold bath in the sea. This summer I'll be working , but with the time it's difficult to find a job.
In my opinion this summer will be the hottest , because today were 32 degrees and last 2 months to summer, so it will be like a hell hot. I'm waiting desperately summer, and end this school year. I need to relax this summer as most as possible. Hope you relax too.

Holidays on the beach or mountain



Some people chose beach maybe for more relaxing holidays and stay calmly near the hotel. Others preffer more active holidays like going to a mountain and stay the day looking at beatiful views round the mountain . I like both of each, because everytime going to the beach is bit boring, and I love more active holidays, so one week I spend on beach, and the next climbing a mountain and enjoy the beautiful views.
I recommend the beach for thoose who don't like walking all the dayin nature and they get exhausted, for thoose who don't like to spend the whole day lying on the sand and taking a relaxing bath in the sea should go to a mountain or visit some interesting places like museums, or memoral statues round the city.

Sleep disorders & Problems


When you're in the class or at work, and while you're looking to something you don't realise that your eyes are closing, and you get like a moment of distraction. Well that happens because the night before you didn't sleep well or, you were so tired that the rest time wasn't enough. This problem can cause some bad symphtoms like changing your mood, your way to act, and most of the time you fell tired or sleepy.

There are diferent types of sleep problems like Insomnia, sleep apnia, snoring, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and others. All of them have a specific cause that makes them sleep when they don't want to. If you have problems with your sleep time, and you often fell angry or not in mood for that , you should visit a doctor, and he'll help you to solve this problem.

Well today I felt sleepy a bit but it seems that was because, I've passed too many hours reading a book last night. =D
