
When you're in the class or at work, and while you're looking to something you don't realise that your eyes are closing, and you get like a moment of distraction. Well that happens because the night before you didn't sleep well or, you were so tired that the rest time wasn't enough. This problem can cause some bad symphtoms like changing your mood, your way to act, and most of the time you fell tired or sleepy.
There are diferent types of sleep problems like Insomnia, sleep apnia, snoring, restless legs syndrome, narcolepsy, and others. All of them have a specific cause that makes them sleep when they don't want to. If you have problems with your sleep time, and you often fell angry or not in mood for that , you should visit a doctor, and he'll help you to solve this problem.
Well today I felt sleepy a bit but it seems that was because, I've passed too many hours reading a book last night. =D
